Human Resources sits at the heart of the agency. Within this HRIS role, this individual has the opportunity to partner closely with Finance and Human Resources. With responsibility to all employees as well as the company overall, our group works hard to provide our best service, always wrapped up with a strategic and organized approach.

Core functional responsibilities include:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll for the MERGE network (Boston, Chicago, and Atlanta) using Paycom
  • Monitor the transmission of data from Paycom to the insurance carriers
  • Input and manage the flow of personnel data in the HRIS system (Paycom), the financial system (Advantage), and the performance review system (Reflektive)
  • Maintain personnel and benefits files for employees, running monthly reporting for various needs across the network
  • Remain current with changes in personnel law on the federal and state level
  • Complete employment verification and salary surveys as required
  • Administer the company 401k plan including semi-monthly funding from payroll, annual testing, and annual true-up
  • Maintain transit benefits, ensuring transit card funding occurs on time and accurately; Oversee parking pass system as necessary
  • Manage compensation programs such as merit, bonus, and commission plans; Own timelines overall to ensure payroll is executed in a timely fashion
  • Maintain all company benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and supplemental insurance
  • Administer COBRA, FMLA, and leave processes
  • Audit insurance invoices and provide monthly billing details to the finance team
  • Participate in employee benefit planning and enrollment, working closely with brokers and vendors on an ongoing basis
  • Assist employees with questions concerning payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Ad hoc special projects including, but not limited to, those related to taxes, EEO, company policies, training, or other human resource functional areas
  • Various Finance & HR projects as needed.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-6 years of work experience working with Benefits, Salary Administration and Payroll
  • 1+ years leading Payroll
  • Must have strategic understanding of benefits policies and procedures including COBRA, Retirement Plans, Cafeteria Plan Administration, and other benefits issues
  • Knowledge, understanding and perspective of standard compensation and payroll practices associated with federal and state employment and labor laws, as well as salary surveys and other compensation analysis techniques
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiar with HRIS systems. Knowledge and experience with Paycom a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the inherent nature to interact with employees across levels; Team player
  • Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving skills and extremely detail oriented

As an Associate Media Director, you will be a driving force that sets a positive tone, motivates and develops a high-performance team, breaks down barriers, and elevates the overall agency’s work.

You will have a strong knowledge of all media channels, particularly across all digital media forms, and how they can work strategically together to address client goals.

You will have passion for your work, a high level of curiosity, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a desire to coach and mentor your team.

You will report directly to our EVP, Media Director giving you a big voice in departmental decisions and the direction of our group.

Primary client contact on key business assignments:

  • Oversee the development, execution and optimization of the media planning process

  • Help your team analyze data and strategic input that informs channel allocation recommendations

  • Lead your team in writing and presenting effective recommendations and proactive POV’s internally and externally

  • Meet with media partners to understand the media landscape and act as the channel expert for your clients

  • Work with analytics partners to help clients prove out success of your plans

  • Lead Media Supervisors, Planners and Associates while reporting to the agency’s Media Director

  • Assess and recommend software, tool and resource needs for the department


  • 5+ years of strategic media planning experience

As a Paid Search Manager, you will lead our agency’s practice in the creation, optimization and execution of client paid search campaigns.  You will work across all of the agency’s paid search assignments.  You will be both a hands-on player and coach providing direction to a paid search specialist to conduct and analyze keyword research necessary to build campaigns; recommend paid search plans to clients; QA campaigns for launch; report results, insights, and optimization strategies on a regular basis. You will have passion for your work, a high level of curiosity, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a desire to coach and mentor others.  You will work closely with our strategic media planning team and report directly to our EVP, Media Director.

Lead discovery process to understand client overall and PPC goals

Conduct PPC audits to identify structural weaknesses and opportunities while understanding the previous team’s tactics

Ensure analytics tracking implementation is accurate and easy to manage

Review current landing pages to identify opportunities

Develop and recommend keywords as well as optimizations and/or testing plans (e.g. search query reports, negative keyword maintenance, keyword overlap, testing implementation)

Analyze program performance and KPI’s (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate)

Report on program performance and present insights and recommendations to clients by leading client status and reporting calls

Work closely with media companies including Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft

Lead QA of trafficked approved plan into search engines (keywords, ad copy, extensions), and of all components prior to launch (dayparting, bids, budget, targeting parameters)

Actively contribute to account strategy, including annual budget development, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments

Primary contact for resolving billing discrepancies in partnership with client strategy and billing reconciliation team

Train paid search specialists and be a subject matter expert for media strategy teams

Provide POV’s on the industry both internally and externally


3+ years of professional paid search campaign management experience

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Mastery of search engines and platforms

Strong skills in core Excel functions that pertain to financials, digital visualization, and bid analysis

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
