Overview

We’re looking for a passionate, proactive and multi-faceted advertising and digital creative director who is eager to contribute to a strong team and continue our push for great work and fresh creative thinking. This person will have a demonstrable, strong mix of innovative conceptual advertising, digital strategy and execution, digital advertising and promotion, social media and more…essentially, solid comprehensive creative and digital chops all around.

Our ideal candidate will truly understand digital, and be in constant pursuit of learning more, seeing what’s new in the tech space, and inspiring both internal teams and clients to explore innovative ideas and tactics in order to elevate our clients’ communication and marketing efforts. Top-notch skills with the ability to fluidly multitask and be hands-on in seeing initiatives through from concept to completion is a must.

This role will work collaboratively with our team of account leads, art directors, copywriters, project managers, producers and developers to ensure the advertising and digital solutions we recommend and execute are aligned to the overall brand and marketing strategies, but that also push our client to embrace new thinking and approaches in the digital world.

Job Responsibility 

  • Fully embrace and understand our clients’ background, positioning, and brand roadmap and suggest solutions that align accordingly
  • Work with team to develop initial concepts and execute through completion (storyboards, wireframes, flows, design layouts, etc.) with a polished, savvy aesthetic that embraces current trends and best practices
  • Demonstrate deep experience in conceptual and digital advertising and related channels and bring fresh thinking in solving tough business challenges
  • Create work that achieves compelling, measurable results, understand optimization tactics
  • Communicate effectively, articulately and frequently with entire team
  • Prepare and present concepts internally and also to clients—must be client-facing with strong presentation skills
