People tend to think about their health mostly when they’re sick. A successful diagnostic company turned to us to help them to show consumers how to get and stay healthy by shopping for health-related products and services the way they shop for everything else. Our challenge was to create a user-friendly resource that helps them be their healthiest selves, on their terms, from anywhere, with just a click, tap, or swipe.

We built a business strategy that gives consumers the same choice and transparency they have when purchasing other products and services. By combining telemedicine, nutraceutical and prescription products, concierge care, and easy access to diagnostic testing, we created roz (name nods to the genetic scientist, Rosalind Franklin),  an online portal that offers fully transparent pricing and a personal focus.

Our 360-consumer engagement, built from the ground up, includes branding, e-commerce website development and design as well as print, digital, and social media campaigns. The platform is in beta currently, and is poised to fully launch nationally in 2018.

NAMING AND BRANDING

We came up with the company name, roz, as well as the logo and all other brand visuals and standards to support brand extension across all channels.

User Experience

We worked extensively with our client, healthcare experts and users to map out a complex product platform, and define the desired user journeys, user flows, and end-to-end user experience we needed to provide in both on-boarding and supporting our patients, but also the healthcare professionals and administrators responsible for delivering the promise and platform.

Consumer Website

The consumer website clearly articulates what roz is, and how it’s so very different than what users are used to when it comes to managing their comprehensive health. Through bold, real-life imagery, a punchy color palette, simple iconography and visual infographics, and digestible content, users are enticed to sign up and get started with roz.

Provider Portal

The provider portal allows healthcare professionals to easily and seamlessly manage their patients by adding goals and tasks to their dashboard, dynamically tracking patient progress, prescribing tests and other products, managing direct communication channels and more.
